Things are going slow around here. Jeffrey and I have been working with little play. BUT, in less than a week my brother and sister will be here and we will play, play, play!! I am trying to find some fun things to do that will be inexpensive, as we are all poor at the moment. We will be making many trips to the beach, YAY! and of course Bryan wants to do the tourist stuff, which mostly consists of driving around. I love to have visitors in town, it we be very fun.
This dish is VERY quick, I couldn't believe it was only 4 pictures. Another from the Weight Watcher blog and I am not sure that it had enough flavor for me, but I am so picky.
Roasted Garlic Tilapia
2 pieces of Tilapia
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry oregano
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning (or any fish seasoning)
1 tsp olive oil
Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, oregano and old bay. Mince garlic and spread on top of fish. Drizzle fillets with olive oil.
Place under the broiler for 7 minutes, or until cooked.
Serve with slices of lemon. I also made my Tomato salad and used Gorgonzola cheese to make the crisps, it was my favorite part of the meal.
