Buffalo Popcorn

I wasn't going to share this recipe because I thought I was a little crazy for eating it. I had told Mommasita about it and when she confirmed that it was her new favorite snack, I knew I shouldn't hide it!

Buffalo Popcorn
2 Tb oil
1 1/2 Tb Popcorn Kernels
2 Tb Franks Red Hot
1/2 tsp Salt

This recipe can also be made with microwave popcorn, but PLEASE try homemade popcorn sometime, it is sooo worth it!
Heat oil in a pan with 2 kernels of popcorn. The oil is hot enough once the kernels pop. Pour kernals into the pot and put the lid on.


Wait until you hear the kernels slow to almost a stop. Remove from heat.

Pour popped corn into a bowl.

Season with salt. Shaking bowl while salting.

Drizzle Franks Red Hot over popcorn, shake bowl while drizzling. If you want to be bad, drizzle 1 Tb of butter over popcorn as well....I was a good girl today!!

If you are crazy about this stuff like me, you should keep the bottle close in case you want to add more.

Yum, I think I will make some more now!
