Ooey Gooey Brie! and Heart Breakers Part 1

Last night was our 3Bs Heart breaker party! As usual, we had so much fun together. Our menu included this amazing appetizer. Emily first made it for us at our Thanksgiving dinner. I have been thinking about it every since. I want more!

Emily's Ooey Gooey Brie

1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons dried Cranberries
1 wheel brie
1 package of crescent rolls (these are the big & buttery ones...YUM)

Carefully slice the skin off the brie.
Unfold the crescent rolls and press together the edges of the rolls to create a rectangle shape.

Sprinkle 2 Tb of brown sugar on the crescent roll.
Next layer the brie.
Sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top of the brie.
Top with cranberries.
Carefully work in a circular motion to fold the dough around the brie....Em does a good job at making this look easy...
She also cut off some of the extra dough and baked them into sugar stuffed crescent rolls.
See how beautiful! Cook on 375 for 12 mins.
See how pretty my Valentines table is! Serve with crackers.
This was my favorite part of the meal. I need more!

Here are a few pictures of our party!
Look how big Sarah has gotten! She is so beautiful!!
I decorated for my 3Bs! Emily is enjoying to pretty atmosphere!
More pictures on the next post....our dessert, Frozen Hot Chocolate!!

I NEVER cut off the rind of my brie, it only adds to the creamy deliciousness. Please try it without removing the rind. :)
