Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms

I am feeling much better! Still a little congestion, but it is manageable. I am so excited for Wednesday. The 3Bs are having a Heart Breakers party. We are making a romantic dinner, watching the Bachelor and making homemade Valentine's cards for our hubbies. These Brussels Sprouts are so easy and tasty. They are on our Heart Breakers menu along with Filet with Brandy Cream Sauce and some new dishes that are not on here yet!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms
1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, each cut in half
1 package cremini mushrooms
8-10 garlic cloves
2 Tb olive oil
salt and pepper

Peel each garlic clove
On a baking pan, toss garlic, Brussels sprouts and mushrooms with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roast at 425 for 15 mins.
