Asian Noodle Salad

This is a great pasta salad for the hot summer!! We are having a heat wave and it doesn't seem to be cooling off anytime soon. I am trying to make some recipes that don't require me to stand over the stove. Emily is out of town right now so I am keeping her house while she is away. That also means I get to go use her grill! Kabobs on the menu for tonight!

Asian Noodle Salad
1/2 pound Chinese Noodles
1 Tsp sesame oil, plus more for drizzling
1/4 cup peanut butter
juice of 1 lime
1/2 Tbsp chili-garlic sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 Tbsp chopped green onions
and chicken tenders if you have a Protein Boy....
Chop about 4 chicken tenders into cubes.
Cook in a little oil until done.
Cook noodles until done. (ps chinese noodles cook a lot faster)
I decided to throw a little soy sauce and garlic in the chicken so that it is seasoned a little.
Stir together the sesame oil, peanut butter, lime juice, chili-garlic sauce and sugar.

Drain pasta and drizzle sesame oil in the noodles.
Mix together the chicken, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions. Then stir sauce and noodles in.
Serve warm or cold.
