I am going to get my hair done today, yay!!! It has been since February and it is about time. Jeffrey ever so sweetly told me that we could afford it so I should get it done...haha. I think he is tired of seeing me in a ponytail.
I made this chicken a couple of weeks ago. I am in love with dill, it is my favorite herb! The chicken was so juicy and had a lot of flavor.
Lemon Dill Skewers
6 chicken tenders
1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp white wine
1/4 tsp chicken seasoning (I use McCormick Montreal chicken seasoning)
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp dried dill
2 Tbsp olive oil
Mix seasonings, lemon juice, olive oil and wine together in a gallon bag. Add chicken tenders. Marinate for at least 30 mins.
Let skewers soak in water for about 10 minutes.
Remove and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Place about 5-6 pieces of chicken on each skewer.
Grill for about 8 minutes on each side.
These have a lot of flavor so they can be served alone. BUT my hubby decided he needed sauce...he always needs sauce.....he got out the Ketchup! WHAT!! That was not happening, so I whipped up some Greek Yogurt, lemon juice and salt for his sauce.
