I have been obsessed with Brussels Sprouts the past few weeks. I love to simply roasted them in the oven with olive oil, salt and pepper. They are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, yum! I am also thinking about trying Brussels Sprout Chips (like Kale Chips), because my favorite part are the separte leaves that crisp up!
