3Bs Valentine's Party

I hope you all had a good Valentine's Day. I had a Valentine's week! Starting with the party last Friday, then to see the The Vow on Monday with Jr. League girls, Dinner with the 3Bs and Bible Study on Tuesday and Dinner and a movie (The Artist) with my hubby last night. PS The Artist was WAYYY better than The Vow (do not have any high expectations for The Vow or you will be disappointed).

Now on to the promised pictures of our party. Meg, Em and I are all cut from the same cloth, we LOVE to entertain. It is really fun planning a party together as we all have different talents and we have 3 sets of household items to bring together for pulling it off! Here are some of the pictures Meg took from the party. We were a little sad that we didn't get many pictures during the party, next year we will designate an official photographer.

1st Annual 3Bs Valentine's Party
Our invitations were so adorable that we used them to decorate
The Valentine's pillow Em bought to spiff up her couch.
Who doesn't like conversation hearts??
Welcoming Wreath
My hanging tissue flower balls were so much more impressive in person.

almost time!!!
Raspberry Pink Lemonade: 1 bag of frozen raspberries (thawed) blended into 2-3 cans of pink lemonade concentrate. This was delicious!
Making Vodka sauce....in heels!
Em looks so fashionable with her matching dish gloves!
Sexy Betsy!! Meg looked amazing in her dress and wanted to show it off while doing her sus chef duties.
Appetizers of Marinated Cheese, and Boursin Cheese topped with Raspberry Chipotle Jam.

Draining the homemade pasta!
These chicken Caesar Salad bites were incredible. I didn't take pictures while I was making them, but I will blog about them soon.
Homemade Garlic Knots. I used my Parker House Roll recipe to make the dough, tied them in knots then after baking tossed them in garlic butter and sprinkled Parmesan and parsley on top.
I will be posting about my homemade pasta soon, but the Vodka Sauce recipe is located in this post.

I sorta like this shadowy photo of us girls. My friend Sam is on the left and our sweet friend Marcile is on the right.
Emily and Kate!

 Me with Sam!

Meg and Darcy.
Now we have to figure out how to make next year's party even better! We had so much fun at this one, it will be hard to top.
