Tilapia Masala

This is my busy 2 weeks. I can't believe that February is almost over, but I am ready for March! My sissy comes on March 10th and we have some great things planned for the week she is here! Counting down the days!

This dish was really delicious. It has an Indian flare without the curry which I do not like! I had the leftovers and they were just as good the next day.

Tilapia Masala with Rice
3/4 cups plain Greek Yogurt
1 small clove garlic
1 inch piece of ginger peeled
1 Tbsp fressh lime juice
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tilapia fillets
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp cilantro
 Blend together garlic, ginger, lime juice, 1/2 cup yogurt, cayenne pepper, cumin and 3/4 tsp salt until smooth.
 Set aside 3 Tbsp of sauce.
Use the rest of the sauce to marinate the tilapia fillet for at least 1 hour.
 Chop cilantro
 Mix cilantro with remaing 1/4 cup of greek yogurt and salt to taste.
 Turn on the broiler. Remove tilapia from marinate. Pour remaining sauce over the tilapia.
 Melt butter and pour over fish.
 Broil for 6-8 minutes.
 Remove and serve with cilantro yogurt sauce and rice!
