Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

I am so sad this week with Ivy has gone by sooo fast! We are about to head to the airport and then I will be off to work. Tomorrow is back to normal.

My sissy's trip part 1:
We visited Tori Spelling's store!
and my sissy's favorite store...where she almost spent all her money in the first stop!

 Fried hot dogs and fried mac and cheese balls

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

2 pre-made breaded Chicken Breasts (from the freezer section)
2 sandwich rolls
1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot
1/2 Tbsp butter
Few drops of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp blue cheese dressing
2 tomato slices
romaine lettuce

Bake chicken breasts according to package instructions.
Melt butter
Mix Frank's and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce into butter.
Heat rolls in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Spread both sides of the roll with blue cheese dressing.
Top roll with lettuce and tomato slice.
Dredge chicken breasts with hot sauce mixture on both sides.
Serve with extra Frank's on the side.
