Coconut Lime Chicken Noodle Soup

I hope you are having a great Saturday. It is one of those weeks where I kept thinking yesterday was Saturday and today is Sunday! Anyways, I am so glad to have a day off tomorrow, it has been a busy few weeks. In 1 week my little sister will be visiting us for her spring break. I am so excited to have some fun activities to post about!

This was a yummy soup! I love coconut milk and lime together, it is a perfect mix. Enjoy!

I've made this several times. I've even swapped out the chicken for tofu. Great recipe!
