Garlic Knots

Here are the remaining pictures from our fun trip with J's padres! We went to Griffith Park one afternoon at Magic Hour! Look at that sky! (PS: this where we took our engagement photos)
The pretty orange light reflecting on my Mommasita's beautiful face.
 The boys and the Observatory.

 Here is our great city!

I love, love, love bread! It is my favorite food. If anyone ever tells me I have to go gluten free I think I will go into a state of depression!

Garlic Knots
Parker House Roll dough, tied into knots (about 8-10 rolls) you can also use pre-bought rolls or any other recipe that you love!
3 Tbsp butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4-1/2 cup grated parmesan (depending on how much you like!)
2 Tbsp parsley, minced

I make this dough recipe and freeze them until I am ready to cook them, it makes so many rolls and then I always have rolls when I want! Preheat oven to 350. Bake rolls for 18 minutes.
Melt butter on low in a small skillet. Add minced garlic and cook slowly until just beginning to turn golden.
Mince parsley.
Grate parmesan.
Mix together parmesan and parsley.
Allow butter and garlic to cool a little.
Add cooled butter and toasted garlic to bowl with parmesan and parsley.
Stir together.
Remove rolls from oven.
Toss the rolls with the butter mixture.

Serve immediately. Bread, I love you!
