Wow! I cannot believe that I have made it to 400 posts! Thank you for reading and keeping me inspired to continue blogging.
Now for my list of the top ten of the past 100!
10: Cast Iron Meat and Potato Pie
I struggled between this recipe and the Crockpot Korean Short Rib Tacos because I know if I asked Jeffrey he would put the tacos at #1. I ultimately decided on this one because I like better.
9. Breakfast Enchiladas
The recipe has been popular on Pinterest. It is really weird when you see random people pinning a picture of your recipe.
8. Chicken Enchilada Pasta
Being from Texas, Mexican food is one of my favorites. My hubby and I have a running joke with this recipe. When I made it I was so impressed with how it turned out and the mixture of pasta with enchiladas; He asked what we were having and I said, "Chicken Enchilada Pasta....it tastes like Pasta and Enchiladas!!!" he was like...."duh." Maybe you had to be there....
7. Blueberry Cobbler
This one came from Pioneer Woman. The 3Bs and I devoured this recipe. It has been made several times since, sooooo good!!
6. Tangy Orange Chicken
I loved this recipe because it actually tasted like it came from a Chinese restaurant. In the past I have not been successful with making Asian recipes. This meal is now on my monthly rotation.
5. Pasta al Forno
One the more recent recipes. I love the simple ingredients in the recipe. They come together to create an authentic, Italian, flavorful pasta.
4. Meatloaf Mashed Potato Cupcakes
My mom's amazing meatloaf recipe made into these cute cupcakes! Looks cute, but tastes even better!
3. Banana's Foster Bread Pudding
My friend Brook, made this when her and her husband had us over for dinner. Banana's Foster is my favorite dessert, this one is very close!
Jeffrey loves chicken! So I am constantly looking for new chicken recipes. This recipe and my #1 recipe are both chicken dinners that I could eat every day for the rest of my life!
now for #1......
Mom made this for me while I was in Odessa last summer. I have made it for almost all of my friends and family and everyone agrees, it is delicious! It is one of J's favorites. Emily has named it her favorite and I have decided it is my favorite too! It is a perfect dinner for 2, but it is impressive for a dinner party as well.
