Tomato Butter

YUM, YUM, YUM I love tomatoes and I love butter! When I saw this recipe on Shutterbean, I immediately put it on my recipe list! I used to to make some yummy recipes that will be coming soon.

Tomato Butter

1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 stick of butter
3 basil leaves
salt to taste
Preheat broiler. Place tomatoes in a baking pan and roast for 8 minutes under the broiler.
Allow tomatoes to cool to room temp.
Wash basil.
Blend cooled tomatoes and basil in a food processor.
I had to take this photo of my man's gadgets. All together on the kitchen table at once, haha!

Add softened butter to tomatoes and blend.

Spread on toast, or other things..which I will post about soon!
