Semi-Homemade Creamy Tomato Basil Ravioli

This dish was so easy and delicious. I love the idea of semi-homemade. My friend Meg is really creative with semi-home made. She doesn't give herself enough credit for being a good cook, I think she considers it cheating; but I think as long as it tastes great you can call yourself a cook! She didn't create this recipe...but Meg you should try it!

Semi-Homemade Creamy Tomato Basil Ravioli
2/3 jar of sun dried tomato alfredo (just eye ball it, I thought the whole jar was too much)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp white wine
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup sliced basil
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1 package fresh cheese ravioli
salt and pepper
Dice tomatoes and mince garlic.
Slice basil.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Heat oil in skillet, add garlic and cook until toasted.
Add tomatoes.
Add wine and cook for 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in alfredo sauce.
Add basil and parmesan to sauce.
Drain pasta.
Stir pasta into sauce.
Serve with more basil and parmesan.
