Merry Christmas Eve! We are cooking and cleaning preparing for friends and family to come over for dinner tonight. It is not Christmas without sweets. Here is the last of the treats we made for Baking Day this year, a fusion of Rice Crispy Treats and Fudge! YUMM!

In a large sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Ad marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and add cereal. Stir until well coated.
Grease a 13x9x2 inch pan. Press rice treat into baking pan. Set aside to cool (or place in fridge).

Move over, Em is comin' through!

Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and stir to combine.
Pour over rice krispy treats.
Spread evenly and set aside to cool, or place in the fridge.
For Chocolate fudge, combine butter, milk, sugar and slat in a sauacepan, cook on medium heat. Bring to boil and cook 4-5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate and vanilla.

Use a hand mixer to beat until marshmallows melt and mixture is thoroughly combined.
Pour over cooled peanut butter.
Let's take a 2nd look at that....YUM!
Spread evenly and refrigerate.
After it has complexly cooled, but into bite sized piece. Believe me this stuff is RICH the pieces should be on the small side.

If you didn't get a box from us this year, here is a virtual 3Bs baking box for you to enjoy.

The boxes were almost too small for our treats this year.

Merry Christmas to you! XOXOXO Shelbi
