Korean Marinated Steak

Happy almost Father's Day. Here is a great recipe to serve your dear ol' dad this weekend!

Korean Marinated Steak

3 Tbsp grated ginger
3 Tbsp grated garlic
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp Sriracha
1/4 cup olive oil
2 thinly sliced strip steaks
cilantro and limes for serving

 Use a microplane zester to grate ginger and garlic.
 Mix together first 7 ingredients.
Allow steaks to marinate in sauce for 1 hour.
 Grill steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side.
 Remove steaks from heat and let steaks rest for 2 mins.
 Serve sprinkled with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
