Breaded Ranch Chicken

Happy Halloween! Here are some flash back photos of some of my favorite Halloween nights. I hope you have a fun safe night. I will be handing out candy to the sweet children of Bungalow Heaven tonight.
Junior year in high school with my friend Mikka, we were 80s punk rockers!
My mom made me this beautiful Marilyn Monroe costume for my senior year in High School's Halloween costume.
With my chollo lover our first year in college!
Our senior year in college. I was Daisy Duke, Jeffrey...hmmm some sort of 80s skier, ha!
My first year of marriage. I was a Stepford Wife.

Yum, yum, I love this easy chicken recipe!

Breaded Ranch Chicken
4 chicken tenders
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 packet ranch dressing mix
2 tsp garlic powder
4 Tbsp butter, divided
2 Tbsp olive oil
Use meat mallet to thinly pound chicken until even.
Mix together breadcrumbs, ranch mix and garlic powder.
Melt 2 Tbsp butter and dip chicken in bowl, then dredge chicken in breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet, heat remaining butter and olive oil on medium hight. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side.

Remove chicken from pan and drain on paper towels before serving.
