Rosemary Salted Steak with Garlic Butter

I am sorry that I have been lax on blogging. Life in the Keith home has been very busy! I am juggling 4 jobs at the moment, so the blog is low on the list. My CAbi business is in full swing! Here are some pictures of me in our new Spring clothes! I love the Spring line sooo much!!

I don't have much to share about what is going on around here...sooo I will share a photo I got last week! Shout out, Mom, Seester and Mommasita! They sent me this adorable photo dressed in their CAbi clothes for the Diana Ross concert! I love seeing all my sweet friends and family dressed in CAbi clothes!!
Jeffrey and I have acquired a stray cat! HA! We don't feed it or anything, but she (I think it is a she) LOVES to sleep in this chair on our front porch every morning. I have named her Viola! Viola's eye are gorgeous and are almost the same color as the seat cushion.

I promise there will be more recipes to share soon. I have been cooking, I just haven't had time to upload. This is a recipe I made tonight! It was really yummy! I have another amazing steak recipe to share soon. Enjoy!

Rosemary Salted Steak with Garlic Butter
2 4oz steaks
3-4 sprigs of rosemary
1-2 Tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup white wine
Preheat oven to 500
Spring salt onto cutting board. Pick leaves from rosemary twigs and place on top of salt.
Chop rosemary fine, incorporating into salt. Set aside.
 Chop 3 cloves garlic.
Sprinkle steaks with rosemary salt on both sides.
 And with black pepper.

Melt butter in cast iron skillet.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add steaks to skillet and cook for 1 minute per side.

Pour white wine into skillet. Place skillet in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and allow to sit for at least 2 minutes.
Plate with a spoonful of garlic butter on top. Yum!
